Andrew Gund, CPA – Promoted to Senior Manager, Audit & Assurance

Andrew is a senior manager in the Audit & Assurance Services practice of Saltmarsh. He provides audit and assurance services to organizations ranging from large, complex enterprises to closely held businesses, with experience across private equity, healthcare, manufacturing, and financial institutions. 

“My fundamental would be #28: Be a Lifelong Learner. It’s amazing how much I learn every year. What I enjoy most is learning about clients’ businesses and what makes them successful. Exceptional client service is rooted in a deep understanding of a client’s business, their industry, and the complex challenges they face.”

Sam Wiley, CPA – Promoted to Senior Manager, Tax & Accounting

Sam is a senior manager in the Tax & Accounting Services practice of Saltmarsh. She brings a unique blend of tax expertise and technology-driven insight. Her work encompasses international tax structuring, audits of tax provisions, and the preparation and review of income tax returns.  

Jess Schultz, CPA – Promoted to Manager, Audit & Assurance

Jess is a manager in the Audit & Assurance Services practice at Saltmarsh. She specializes in delivering audit and assurance solutions for the firm’s manufacturing and construction clients, while also bringing experience serving nonprofit organizations.

Public accounting offers endless opportunities for growth and learning. Mallory Zimmerman – Promoted to Supervisor, Audit & Assurance

Mallory is a supervisor in the Audit & Assurance Services practice at Saltmarsh. Since beginning her audit career in 2021, she has focused on delivering audit and assurance services to manufacturing and construction clients. 

“My favorite fundamental is ‘be a lifelong learner’ because it reminds me that growth is always possible and encourages me to be intentional about expanding my knowledge and skills.”

Olivia Williams – Promoted to Senior, Audit & Assurance

Olivia supports as a senior in audit and assurance engagements, providing administrative support to management and services to audit clients. Olivia brings a strong background in client service to her role, having previously served as a customer service manager. 

“#27 Embracing change is important to me because it reflects my ability to grow and move forward during some of the most challenging moments of my life. After my mom’s passing, change felt especially difficult and unexpected. Just one month later, I made the decision to transition into a new career field. Embracing that change ultimately led me to Saltmarsh, where I have been able to grow professionally while finding renewed purpose and stability. Without being open to change during that time, I would not be where I am today.”

Joshua Berrios Morales – Promoted to Senior, Audit & Assurance

Joshua is a senior in the Audit & Assurance Services practice at Saltmarsh. He specializes in providing audit and assurance services to clients in construction and real estate development. Prior to joining Saltmarsh, Joshua gained valuable experience, where he focused on auditing publicly traded financial services organizations as well as governmental and public sector clients.

Arty Escobar – Promoted to Senior, Tax & Accounting

Arty is a senior in the Tax & Accounting Services practice at Saltmarsh. He specializes in tax preparation for individuals, corporations, trusts & estates, ensuring compliance with federal and state filings.

Bobby Bailey, CPA – Promoted to Senior, Audit & Assurance

Bobby is a senior in the Audit & Assurance Services practice at Saltmarsh. Since beginning his audit career in 2023, he has focused on providing audit and assurance services to manufacturing and financial services clients. Prior to joining Saltmarsh, Bobby gained experience at a Big Four firm in Tampa, auditing publicly traded manufacturing clients.

Nicole Horn, CPA – Promoted to Manager, Audit & Assurance

Nicole is a manager in the Audit & Assurance Services practice at Saltmarsh, Cleaveland & Gund. She specializes in delivering audit and assurance services to the firm’s nonprofit, government, manufacturing, and employee benefit plan clients. Prior to joining Saltmarsh, Nicole gained experience at a national accounting firm, providing audit, review, and compilation services.

Vicky Froehlich – Promoted to Senior Consultant, Financial Institutions

Vicky is a senior consultant in the Financial Institution Advisory Group. Since starting her career in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) in 2020, she has specialized in transaction monitoring, Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), and Know Your Customer (KYC) remediation.
