Jen brings the perspective of a seasoned CFO to both the firm and the clients she serves, with broad experience across accounting and finance functions, including budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis. Since beginning her career in 2009, she has provided audit, accounting, and financial services across a range of industries, including corporate, nonprofit, governmental, construction, and hospitality.

Before joining Saltmarsh, Jen served as Finance and Executive Director for a nonprofit medical research and education organization, where she led financial and operational strategy and implemented key accounting processes, controls, and policies.
