Mercedes is the Chief Growth Officer at Saltmarsh, where she leads the firm’s growth strategy and supports the continued expansion of its client base and market presence. She partners closely with firm leadership to identify opportunities, strengthen go-to-market execution, and align growth initiatives with long-term strategic goals.

Prior to joining Saltmarsh, Mercedes built a strong foundation in growth strategy, transformation, and execution, leading cross-functional teams and advising senior leaders in complex, fast paced environments during her time at Boston Consulting Group. Mercedes earned her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and holds a BA from Harvard University.
