Prior to joining Saltmarsh, Jeff spent 22 years in leadership at BDO USA, LLP, where he transformed the client accounting services team through innovation and a strong focus on client success. He is recognized for his expertise in operations, finance, and technology and is a trusted advisor to businesses across industries.
