Saltmarsh Hosts Accounting & Finance Studentsfor Beacon Summer Leadership Experience

This month, we were proud to welcome 20 accounting & finance students into our offices for our annual Beacon Summer Leadership Experience, an immersive, hands-on experience designed to introduce the next generation of professionals to life inside public accounting.

Students joined us in our Pensacola and Tampa offices for a full day of learning, collaboration, and connection with our team. Representing universities throughout Florida and beyond. 

We were excited to host students from:

Students engaged in interactive sessions that explored firm culture, client service, and the diverse career paths within Saltmarsh. From team-building exercises to real-world case discussions, the program gave participants a firsthand look at what it means to build a career in public accounting beyond the classroom.

Beyond technical exposure, the program focuses on building meaningful industry relationships. Students connected with staff at various levels of the firm, asked candid questions about career growth, and gained insight into the day-to-day experiences that shape a career in advisory and accounting.
