Saltmarsh Announces Internal Promotions of 2020

We're proud to announce the following internal promotions as of July 1, 2020:
Darleen Borgella has been promoted to Manager, Practice Economics. She has been with the firm for over 20 years.
Liz Dunn has been promoted to Firm Bookkeeper. Liz has over 15 years of experience and is coming up on her one-year anniversary with the firm.
Mel Kleinert has been promoted to Director, People Development where she will oversee all firmwide recruiting and learning development. Her areas of expertise include managing, coordinating and executing campus recruitment efforts and summer leadership programs, evaluating and preparing offers for hiring managers, as well as serving as the primary contact between managers, clients, and universities.
Emily Lalas has been promoted to Senior in our Audit & Assurance Services Department. Her primary areas of expertise include providing audit and assurance services to the firm’s non-profit, construction, and governmental clients.
Brenda Rickard has been promoted to Controller. Brenda is celebrating 30 years with the firm this year.
Jayme Terrell has been promoted to Director, Growth & Communications. She is responsible for monitoring and implementing all marketing initiatives for the firm as well as supporting the firm's strategic and cultural initiatives - focusing on team development, client service and the growth and sustainability of the firm.
