Saltmarsh, Cleaveland & Gund is proud to announce the following internal promotions as of January 1, 2019.
Sandy Brannon has been promoted to Senior in the Outsourced Accounting Solutions Department. Her areas of expertise include preparation and review of financial statements, as well as preparing, processing, and filing sales tax returns.
Aaron Burdick, CPA has been promoted to Senior in the Tax & Accounting Services Department. His areas of specialty include preparing both individual and entity income tax returns. Aaron joined Saltmarsh in 2016.
Chandra Clines, CPA has been promoted to Manager in the Tax & Accounting Services Department. Her experience includes providing domestic and state tax compliance, federal and multi-state tax consulting, including accounting method changes, sales tax compliance, and organizational structuring.
Philip deBoer, CPA has been promoted to Senior Manager in the Audit & Assurance Services Department. He joined the firm in 2008. Philip’s primary areas of concentration include providing audit and related assurance services for the firm’s manufacturing, not-for-profit, governmental and employee benefit plans clients.
Heidi Fisher has been promoted to Senior in the Tax & Accounting Services Department. Her primary areas of concentration include preparing individual tax returns and quarterly forms for small and medium-sized businesses. Heidi joined Saltmarsh in 2016.
Nicole Heineken, CPA has been promoted to Senior in the Tax & Accounting Services Department. Her primary areas of concentration include preparing individual and entity tax returns.
Sarah Oliver, CRCM has been promoted to Manager in the Financial Institution Advisory Group. Her primary areas of expertise include providing compliance reviews, assisting with special research matters and consulting on deposit and lending-related regulations as well as social media approaches for financial institutions.
George Peaden, AM has been promoted to Operations Manager for the Saltmarsh Financial Advisors, LLC, an affiliate of Saltmarsh, Cleaveland & Gund. His areas of expertise within investment advisory and financial planning include portfolio analysis and construction, portfolio fee analysis, asset allocation and rebalancing for the firm’s investment advisory clients.
Brett Snyder, JD, LL.M has been promoted to Manager in the Tax & Accounting Services Department. His primary areas of experience include tax research, planning and consulting. Brett is also a member of the Saltmarsh Financial Advisors team, where he assists clients with estate planning and document review.
Josh Strickland, CPA has been promoted to Senior Manager in the Audit & Assurance Services Department. He is also a part of the firm’s Financial Institution Advisory Group, with particular experience providing audit services to the firm’s financial institution clients. Josh joined the firm in 2010.
Margaret Vining, CPA has been promoted to Manager in the Audit & Assurance Services Department. She is also a part of the firm’s Financial Institution Advisory Group, providing audit services to the firm’s financial institution clients. Prior to joining Saltmarsh, she worked in retail banking for several years as a CSR Supervisor.
Rob Wilson, CPA has been promoted to Senior Manager in the Audit & Assurance Services Department. Rob has experience performing loan and credit quality reviews, internal audits and audits of private companies and not-for-profit organizations. He joined Saltmarsh in 2003.
